2 of 5 Relationships

October 17th, 2008

I’ve have a few people ask me recently what do I think about when it comes to terms of relationships. The best answer I can give is just pray and say “God, i’ll let you take care of that.” I know people that try to find was of getting to the person or trying to get them to like you. Remember that it doesn’t matter how good they look or how nice they are, they still may not be the right person. I remember in my past there was a girl I liked and finally decided that I was going to let God take charge. I’m so glad I did it was one of the best moves I ever made. He showed how we could not date but still be good friends. It actually worked out better than I thought it would. I believe that I am his servant and I love how my life has turn out better than the placebo because of how much I trust him. He keeps on putting new people in my life and showing me how great people are and that their is defiantly someone out there for everyone. So many give up in there quest or worry about what they have or have not.

Until recently, I use to turn down a friend’s opinion on dating. He said that the reason I fell in love with my wife is “solely” because of the hand of God and how we saw the love of God in each other. More and more I see how this is true. I’ve people had people say they don’t have any real way of showing they like the person such as they are not flirtly like their friends. I believe this is very un true most of the girls i’ve liked is because of something quirky they did or something they did uncontoesly. God works in mysterious ways!

I also have some friends that say they don’t have time for love and that is why they can’t find nobody. This is usally means there lying. I knew someone who got married who had 5 college classes, a job, a child, lived by themselves and still got it all done in time to make it the wedding.

Guys(men) you need to step up. Please, don’t ask the youth pastor for her number.
Call her and write her and befriend her. I know I’m not the best when it comes to writing a girl back cause I get busy; that’s probably why I’m still single. (Hey, I’ve been doing better at this!) After a while of knowing the girl for a while there will be a time to deside whether to press on or leave it how it is. It’s the guys job to ask the girl if you should go on to something more. Try to see what the girl does or doesn’t like and if she likes writing over talking, you better be prepared to write some letters.

1 of 5 The World’s Success without God

October 5th, 2008

This message is going to refer to people who have some what of a connection to God but are not putting him first. There’s been so many times where I see successful people and think they got it all together. I know that they need more of God and recently I’ve come to find how people can know God, put success in front of him, become successful and still feel a void. A couple of Sundays ago I was at church when an old friend walk up to me. We started talking and he told me that he was coming back to church and that I was right when I told him about putting God first back in High School. I couldn’t believe he told me this! This guy was very successful in life, he had a high paying job, a beautiful wife and a nice house. I started thinking in my head, why would this guy say this? I know a lot of people in my life that I see day to day that don’t put God first and look as if their doing fine. He then told he that back in high school he remembered me saying I wanted more of God and that he said that he wanted success. “My life felt so empty and no matter how many worldly things you cannot fill the void” he said. Then I said, “Welcome back it’s great to see people come back to pursuing the faith.”

Letter from a missionary.

September 12th, 2008

PrisonerAlert.com is a website that allows you to send mail to Missionaries that are Imprisoned worldwide. A couple months ago I went to this site and they gave me an address that enabled me to write to a imprison missionary in China.

I wrote a letter to him saying that I was praying for him and he was able to write me back.

Dear, Mr. Jones

Thank you for writing and praying for me, because of prayer warriors and strong men of faith such as yourself, the Chinese government has recently let me out of the confinement box and has moved me to a regular jail cell where I am now allowed to send and receive mail and eat two meals a day. Before I was arrested I became friends with a man who converted to Christianity in my church. He said that he worked in the government as an local affairs administrator. Two weeks ago I mailed him and I later received a letter from him saying that he was in the process of trying to change some of the regulation in my area that would Missionaries more freedom. He wrote me a letter today saying that one of the regulations that are already coming to place would allow shorter box confinement times and shorter jail sentences for evangelists. I am so grateful for my friends and family who keep me in their prayers.

Thank You, So much for writing

Tech tips: How to edit out you music for free

May 21st, 2008

This video is a special how-to tech video I put together.

This week I got a letter in from Jeff Cole in Hardin, Montana which is a small country town just like Callahan, Fl where I live. He says that he was throwing a small party and wanted to know if there was a way to edit out explicit language in music and make a clean version of a song. He says that his son plays a lot of Top-40 music but he knows that he’s throwing a Christian party around his church friends. Cole mentions that he will be playing Christian music as well but at least need some of the songs edited for public audiences.

Back when I was a kid I remember that the school I went to use to take a VHS tape and take scissors and scotch tape and cut out the language out of a PG movie to make it the equivalent of a G movie.

Thankfully technology has made it pass that point. You can now use computers to clean up dirty language on movies and audio mp3’s. Today I going to show you how you can easily make a clean radio version edit of your music in a special how-to-tech video I put together.

This uses a free software called Audacity

Me and my Tennis Racket

Hello everybody, I Know it’s been a while since I’ve put up a new post on IE but I’m about to add some new videos soon. Lately I’ve been studying and out playing Tennis in Boone Park which I plan to be today. I’ve ministered to several people out at the courts just recently. The tennis courts are in a city park so there are a wide variety of people of all different types of classes. I reached out to so many people just in two weeks time and I’m a lot better at my swing.

I also made some changes on the site. I just added a new area call purpose and goals and created more material about the things I want to accomplish for this site and God. In High School I graduated from a teen modeling and acting school called John Casablancas. You may recognized the name and if your attractive and live in Jacksonville, Fl you may have been offered to join by a talent scout which could have been me if you live near the beach. One of my first jobs was Still modeling/ Talent Scout.

Still Modeling - Standing in After Hours Formal Wear window with a tux on (Basically a human Manican)
Talent Scout - Where I asked people to Join Casablacas

I also took classes with Casablacas that taught me how to perform in front of a camera and learn acting and modeling skills which I still use to this very day on this site. Now I plan to learn what I can do behind the camera in film production classes by getting my Bachelors. I originally was going to go to Full Sail but since it’s not accredited I will go to UNF.

My Daily Prayer and Story

March 29th, 2008

A few years ago I was praying and I was getting sort of angry because every time I started to pray I could only think of a few things at a time. Then I got the idea to write down my prayers and the list just sort of grew over the years. Then last year I started this site and put them on the side. My pray time is a little bit shorter than it use to be, but you have to realize I also cut out all the “em’s, ahh’s and hmm’s” and I also pray ramdomly during the day. Here is the famous prayer I’ve made and hope to past down to future generations. Tell me what you think and if I should add anything. (I will pray for you) Don’t forget you can always see this prayer by clicking on the prayer tab.

Want me to add something email me! Or just post it.I pray for…
